The Liberal Arts and Science Academy (LASA) is a four-year comprehensive, public, urban, advanced academic magnet high school of approximately 1,600 students in the Austin Independent School District. The program recruits the most academically advanced students from public and private middle schools in Austin. The LASA Raptor Baseball program provides a supportive environment in which LASA students are able to excel both academically and on the field.

LASA was housed on Austin ISD's Lyndon Baines Johnson High School campus until 2021, when it moved to 1012 Arthur Stiles Rd. While co-located with LBJ High School, LASA and LBJ combined for athletic activities. After moving to its new location, the LASA Raptor Baseball Program began competing on its own in UIL competition.
With limited resources on the repurposed campus of the former Johnston High School, the LASA Raptor Baseball team has gone to playoffs four years in a row.
LASA Raptor Baseball is a growing sport at LASA, fielding two JV teams and one Varsity team. The LASA Baseball Booster Club is proud to support LASA Raptor Baseball.

The LASA Baseball Booster Club provides critical support to LASA Raptor Baseball, including funding for equipment, field improvements, and even dugout snacks, as well as support for our coaches, players, and fellow baseball parents. We are also the players' biggest fans. We hope you'll join us.
